Description
The roll is a blank for further processing.
— Its length is determined by the customer;
—the width is 1000 to 1600 mm;
— the average weight is 5 tons;
— the thickness is 0.25 to 1.00 mm;
— the inner diameter of the roll is 500-600 mm;
— the zinc coating is 60-275 g/sq.m.
Glossy or matte polymer coating according to the RAL chart is available.
Metal with polymer coating is highly resistant to corrosion, ultraviolet rays, temperature changes, chemicals or physical effects.
The polymer withstands mechanical impact, resistant to burnout. The coating can be smooth, embossed, matte, or glossy
Application
It is intended for the manufacturing of corrugated roofing systems, elements of drainage systems, fences and enclosures, bent profile, etc.
In construction, it is used for manufacturing of metal tile and corrugated deck, in industry and instrumentation – for manufacturing of external panels and their housings.
It is also used in automotive industry, as well as for manufacturing of facade systems, finishing materials, and stamping.
